Deze serie is tot stand gekomen door mijn fascinatie voor haute cuisine voorgerechten en desserts van de Franse keuken. Hierop heb ik geïmproviseerd met kleine gerechten op een omgekeerd wijnglas. De bloemen versterken de abstracte vormen in de serie. Elke foto wordt verwerkt op museumkwaliteit op Dibond met plexiglas in een oplage van maximaal 10 stuks.
